Apprenticeships successfully completed: welcome to working life as a skilled professional!
On 30 April 2026 our graduating apprentices were officially released from their training period at a ceremonial send-off – and at the same time warmly welcomed into the next stage of their working lives.
Head of training Timo Haag opened the event and guided the programme. HR Director Uwe Werner then addressed personal words to the graduates. He looked back on the intensive training period, which called for a great deal of effort, energy and commitment – from the apprentices themselves, but also from the trainers and the teams.
At the same time Mr Werner made it clear that successful completion is not the end of learning. Rather, a new stage is now beginning in which it remains important to stay open, to take on responsibility and to keep developing. He quoted Ignaz Anton Demeter to match:
“The greatest masters are those who never stop being students.”
Ewald Storz, chairman of the works council, also offered congratulations on behalf of the works council and the entire workforce. He acknowledged the professional and personal development of the former apprentices and emphasised that they had proved themselves equal to the demands. With fresh impetus, commitment and a sense of responsibility, they bring exactly what the teams need.
Particular thanks also went to the trainers, who with patience, dedication and an open ear laid important foundations for this successful path. Their commitment cannot be taken for granted and deserves great recognition.
The words of the new supervisors and trainers made clear how individually each apprentice has developed. With Lukas Gudat, Erik Hermann, Ashley Tscherter and Yannik Seeburger, four young skilled professionals were given their send-off, each bringing their own strengths – whether reliability, independence, openness, technical depth, team spirit, thoroughness or particular expertise. Luca Loos was unfortunately unable to attend on the day; his certificate and gift were presented to him afterwards. Even during their training, all of them were able to show in practice that they create added value for their respective teams and can take on responsibility.
The graduates themselves also looked back gratefully on their training. They spoke of fascinating insights, valuable experience, good support and strong integration into the teams. It was particularly emphasised that the training was not only shaped professionally but also allowed them to grow personally.
Timo Haag also highlighted the high value placed on training at BINDER. The strong response to formats such as the Night of Apprenticeships shows the good reputation BINDER has built over the years. This success is carried by committed trainers, strong teams and not least by former and current apprentices.
Finally, the training certificates, vouchers and personal collages with impressions from the training period were presented. This was followed by a group photo and a shared lunch.
We warmly congratulate them on their successful completion and say:
Welcome as fully-fledged BINDER employees! We are glad you are continuing your path with us.
